About Georgia
BPsych (Hons), Master of Psychology (Health), Doctor of Philosophy (Psychology),
CEDC, MAPS & MAAPI.
Georgia is a registered psychologist with a particular interest in disordered eating behaviours, eating disorders and related or co-occurring challenges.
She tailors treatment to meet your needs, integrating therapeutic models and approaches.
Her approach is warm, compassionate and collaborative. She is dedicated to helping you achieve your goals and embody the life you want to live.
She has experience providing evidence-based treatment to individuals with eating disorders across individual and group-based settings and within the public and private sector in South Australia. She also has experience supporting individuals with various anxiety disorders, mood disorders and trauma.
She is a credentialed eating disorder clinician with the National Eating Disorders Collaboration and is also a member of the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc (AAPi), the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and the Australian & New Zealand Academy for Eating Disorders (ANZAED).
Outside of Embody Psychology, you’ll find Georgia playing with her dogs (Moose & Frankie), drinking coffee down the road, or capturing photos of her favourite places & loved ones.

Enquiries & Bookings
New clients please contact Embody Psychology via phone or email to arrange an initial assessment. Please discuss your eligibility for Medicare support via a Mental Health Care Plan or Eating Disorder Care Plan with your GP. Depending on your private health cover, you may be eligible for a rebate. Please discuss this with your private health provider.
Existing clients please feel free to book appointments online via the Embody Psychology portal below. Alternatively you can phone, text or email.
Medical or Health Professionals looking to refer a client can do so using the fillable referral form below. Please attach copies of any existing Medicare plans or other relevant information. Referrals are accepted via fax (08 6384 2044) or email (info@embodypsych.com.au).
Fees & Rebates

90 min Comprehensive Assessment: $355 (inclusive of GST)
50 min Standard Session: $265 (inclusive of GST)Concession rates are available.

You may be eligible for Medicare rebated sessions via a Mental Health Care Plan or Eating Disorder Care Plan. Please discuss your eligibility with your GP.
A Mental Health Care Plan entitles you to up to 10 subsidised sessions with a psychologist. You can learn more about a Mental Health Care Plan here.
An Eating Disorder Care Plan entitles you to up to 40 subsidised sessions with a psychologist and 20 subsidised sessions with a dietitian. You can learn more about an Eating Disorder Care Plan here.
As Georgia is a Registered Psychologist, Medicare provides a rebate of $96.65 per 50 min session.

If you have private health insurance, you may be eligible for a rebate on psychology sessions. Please contact your insurance provider to find out more. Please note, you are not able to claim rebates through your private health and through a Medicare plan for the same session.
